beginner in my opinion buy common neutral running shoes. Don't do a running test. A neutral running shoe is fine to start with, when you become more experienced then make a shoe test and buy some more expensive shoes by using the test.
How you can make your own test.
You can make your own test by taking a baking plate, and fill it with 0.5 cm of water. Set foot into the water and then press you foot gentle on to a piece of paper you will get a footprint.
Do i have to do a running test when i buy new running shoes?
New runners should stay away from advanced shoe.
You can also use your old running shoes.
Turn your shoes at on the with the sole up.
Pronation: If your shoes are worn on the inside of the forefoot and heel exterior is worn.
Neutral: If your shoes are worn on the inside of the forefoot and the heel is just a little worn.
supination; If your shoes are worn on the front foot outside.
The methods are not 100%, but they give a good indication of how you run.
